- 11x17 color drone images overlay design showing existing layout, with suggested project shape, components and accessories.

COMPLETE DESIGN
- onsite meetings and consultation up to 2 hrs
- Drone image capturing existing elevations, property lines and lot layout
- 11x17 initial color concept provided- up to 3 revisions following discussion of the initial concept.
- AUTO CAD 24x36 scale file of finished plan
- Includes detailed build measurement plan, Tree and plant layout, elevations, product selection, and lighting plan.
- Detailed estimate and cost breakdown of the project as designed included. Starting at $7500 - pricing based on size of lot, qty of accessories, and individual components.
